If you feel confident following a plan on your own, The Intuitive Runner app offers a variety of premium programs that are perfect for DIY runners. From Learn to Run 5K-50K training plans to strength, mobility, and meditation programs, the app has everything you need to take your running journey into your own hands.
However, if you’re looking for additional support—whether it’s weekly or monthly check-ins, or help preparing for a specific race or milestone—Natalie is here to guide you. With two levels of 1:1 coaching, you can choose the option that best fits your needs and goals.
Two Coaching Options
Both coaching options include full access to The Intuitive Runner app, featuring all premium programs such as 5K-50K, FastForm, Run Strong, Post-Race Recovery, Mobility, Meditation, and more. Your coaching journey will complement these resources, ensuring you have all the tools and support needed for success.
Additionally, your baseline membership is included. If you’re currently on a monthly membership, it will be adjusted to $0 during our coaching, and annual memberships will be extended to account for our time together.

Programming + Monthly Check-Ins
Ideal for those who want a personalized training plan but don’t require weekly check-ins.
